About Temple
Sridevi Budevi Sameadha Sri Veetrirundha Perumal Temple is situated in the Pernamallur
town, Vandavasi taluk of Thiruvannamalai district. The temple is nearly 800 years
old built in chola’s temple archi-style with a Karbhagraha, Kalmandappam, Kal-garuda,
Palipeetam and a unique 24 ft. high single stone Deepasthampam (deepam pillar).
Recently the temple was renovated with the help of Government's fund and the Public's donation and Maha Sambrocshanam was done in 2010.

About Pernamallur
The Pernamallur town is located in Vandavasi taluk under Thiruvannamalai district
in the state of Tamilnadu. History speaks about pernamallur had the name as perungudai-melur.
This Town was the Head Quarters of Sub-Taluk under Chittoor district in 1900's prior
to the formation of North Arcot district with Vellore as Head Quarters.
Pernamallur can be reached from ARNI - 18 km & from Vandavasi - 23 km. Frequent
bus facilities are available from these places.
